I Have an HP C4795 printer and it is connected wirelessly to my computers. It will work fine then it just randomly goes offline several times per day. When I unplug the modem and router and plug them...

This is one of the common connectivity issues marring the benefits of having a wireless printer. In this situation your printer will not print when connected wirelessly but would need you to set it up with your system using a USB cable. Try resetting the IP of your system to what is mentioned in the printer and in case there is a router connecting your printer and system then use the IP address of router and put it in your system. My printer is offline i want to put it back online

While the computer is on, and printer off, unplug the computer from the printer and leave it unplugged for - 30 minutes or so. A lot of people say 10 minutes, but I found with my HP printer that leaving it unplugged for 30 minutes gives it time to completely clear out all items from its memory. It has had too many commands given to it. Printers do have memory, just a LOT smaller than the computer.

When you plug it back in, and it comes on, then check to see if it still says offline. It shouldn't, but if it does, then you have a different problem. Depending on the age of your printer, you might be able to get help from HP
OR
just go to control panel > printer & faxes > right click on printer icon > use printer online > click

printer icon will show"ready"

My dell desk top keeps going on and off line with the airlink101

Try to access the setup page of your router and look for MTU settings. Set it to manual settings and set the size to 1492 then save. You must power cycle the router and the modem. Unplug the power on both for 30 seconds

Picture goes off

A temporary solution is to unplug the TV for a few minutes, remove static from the glass with your hand. It is important to unplug rather than turn off. If you have a degauss button you can also press that before unplugging. Wait several minutes or an hour. Then plug it back in. If you have Picture in Picture it may be an issue with that and to permanently solve may need a repair person. The unplugging may get you by for a few days at a time. That's at least better than an hour.

Monitor blank when startup, have to restart several times

The problem is probably caused by the LCD's inverter.
I had problems like yours with some Acer laptops and had to replace the LCD's inverter.

Canon MP 600 Will Not Turn On .... grumble.

I had this same issue. Lost power in the house for just a second, but after the printer would not turn on. I think that the loss of power caused the printer to get stuck in a locked state. Tried everything I could think of including changing outlets that the printer was plugged into but nothing seemed to work. Saw a troubleshooting tip on the Canon webpage about unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and thought it was hooey, but tried it anyway. Ended up leaving the unit unplugged for probably 15 minutes and when I re-plugged it in it fired right up.
