    you asked:

"I need a gasket for the flapper of the jacuzzi bk37=959 toilet I purchased from Lowes. They don't carry replacement parts. Do you know where I can purchase them?"

and I told you to go to the WHOLESALE plumbing supply, not home depot or lowes, or even ace hardware. I don't know where you live, so I couldn't give an address or driving instructions from your house to them. In return I don't even get a thank you!!

You cannot just replace the gasket, but I found the flapper part number which is: HF04000

Looking for the 3 in flapper gasket for a jaccuzzi brand toilet. The local jaccuzzi store told me LOWES has it, but they dont and my toilet is currently out of service for it. Is there somewhere i can...

The Jacuzzi website sends you to dealer websites; Lowe's is the only one that stocks toilet flappers. Of the 34 different flappers they stock none are specifically mentioned as a replacement for a Jacuzzi product. You are probably best served by choosing the Universal model that approximates the style in your toilet and connects and operates in the same manner.

Check the on-line listing of toilet flappers from Lowe's here. You can locate a nearby store with stock or order on-line and choose to have the product delivered.

Follow the link above. You will find a link to a dealer in your area that will have the proper parts for your toilet. Often these toilets have brand spacific parts for them. The poblem with places like Lowes, in regards to their employees is that they are not trained to know the details about repair. Most of these people have never been in the industry in which they are selling products for. Also, most homeowners arent concerned about how they are going to repair this product at the moment, just how it looks at the time of purchase plus most homeowners don't repair their own, they hire it done. Hope this helps.

I am looking to replace the part inside tank that lifts flapper

Remove the entire chain, and take it to a hardware store, or home center (Home depot or Lowes) and ask for a suitable replacement.
Or you could replace the entire flapper that comes with a chain, at any of the above named stores.
Dont forget to take the flapper with you...
Good luck
