- I have the sam problem with my nuvi 360 and BB 8703e.
The connection is lost, the two device try to connect then I get a message on the Nuvi that the connection is lost.- laxfan

Download and run the Garmin WebUpdater. There is a new version of the firmware availabe for the bluetooth.

I went to Garmin Webupdater and that fixed my problem. Thank you very much for your help. I was going nuts!
