Hi there you should check inside the printer to see if any paper get stuck up inside of it,if that does solve the issue you can also try uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the printer.

This might be a circuitry problem inside your printer. If you have a spare plug for the printer, you can try. You may press and hold the power button for 8 secs when the equipment is off. If all else fails, you can call HP for repair
