Adjust the wide panels over both your shoulders and lower back to ensure that you are comfortable and that your child is carried safely, then bring the thinner straps around just over your chest through the loops/rings and pull tight as if tightening a belt around your waist. be sure the straps are secure and it should hold tightly with no give.

What are webbing slings and what are they used for?

Webbing slings are flat belt straps, generally made from hard wearing polyester, which makes the equipment both robust and versatile. Primarily used in the lifting and lowering industry, slings are not as strong as their lifting counterparts - wire rope. However, it is the flexibility of the material which makes it so popular in the lifting and lowering industry, due to its ability to both wrap around odd-shaped loads, as well as objects that have a wide bearing surface. The durability and versatility of webbing slings, which make them so popular in the industrial environment, means they are also used in other settings and scenarios, including vehicle towing, to aid pipe laying, and in the accessing of trees. This infographic from Rope Services Direct covers some of the various uses and applications of webbing slings worldwide. It is a good read for those new to the lifting and lowering industry, as well as those who have been involved in it for years!

How to choose a good baby sling?

Some good brands are ergobaby (could be pricey though), Honest Co sells a pretty good (company co-founded by Jessica Alba, Hollywood actress) - the company is dedicated to safe ingredients products. Otherwise I would recommended Burlington Coat Factory, they have the best prices for baby anything. One of the most important thing to look for when buying baby slings/carriers is the material of the product. Also, you need to evaluate whether how you're planning to carry your baby. For instance, colicky and smaller size babies -- you may want to opt for softer material sling with the baby cuddled close to you diagonally.

I need instructions for the genki house baby carrier and for the bubba moe baby sling

Here are Genkihouse Sling instructions - I tried to attach scanned copies of the instructions, however it exceeded the file size limit:

For front use
  1. Hold your baby close to your chest
  2. Still holding baby close to your chest, grab sling and place over baby - Genkihouse logo facing away from you, arrange baby's legs through leg openings. Alternatively, you can lay the sling on a change table with logo facing down, lie baby on top and put legs through leg holes then lift the baby and the sling onto your chest.
  3. Still holding baby close to you, place sling straps over your shoulders.
  4. Reach behind with one arm (still holding baby with the other) and firmly take the strap from behind opposite shoulder. Your other arm still holds the baby and sling.
  5. Thread the strap through D ring with one hand whilst your other hand still holds the baby.
  6. Simply 'hook' the strap through the D ring with your index finger.
  7. Do not change hands at this stage.
  8. Tension strap backwards - away from your back and don't let go.
  9. Feel the baby's weight now firmly supported by the sling at your waistline.
  10. As you continue to hold the same strap reach behind with the other hand and thread the second strap through its D-ring. The straps should criss cross over your back.
  11. Bring straps together, adjust tension to suit and tie a secure knot in the middle of your back.
  12. Check the position of the baby - you should be able to kiss his/her head.
  13. Baby can also face outwards when he/she gets older.

We bought a 24,500BTU Air conditioner and we put it in yesterday. But, when it runs the water does not have a hole for the water to run out the back.Could you tell me why?

If it is slinging it on outside coil and not running back in on you it is normal. Evaporating the water helps cool refrigerant gas . AC units like this have a sling ring on fan. As hummidity drops in house there will be less water to sling.

Robot coupe maintanance

That plastic piece is a sling disk or sling blade and made to sling product to the discharge chute. Believe it or not, the motor shafts wear out and could be the cause of premature failure. When you install the new sling blade, check to see how much slop/ play there is by moving this back and forth on the shaft, a small amount is ok (1/16th to 3/32nds). The other thing to look at is forcing or overfeeding the unit. You can contact them at Robot-coupeusa.com
