Too much air in forth

Hi. Its just your tecnic. Your holding the steam wand too high up in the milk. They aren,t too powerful for steaming but it will come to you. Skim milk can get more airy. Dazza

Saeco VIA Venezia i have just tried to steam milk but i think i may have overheated the steamer. Machine will not work at all now. is it dead or can it be repaired.

I checked on your site for any similar fault and came up with a response from Guru. Just had take the casing off and reset the the machine and now it works perfectly.

Very little pressure for heating the milk

Either blockage in the steam panerello OR the machine needs Descaling.

Hi - our Via Venezia has been a GREAT machine, and we love it, but over the past three weeks or so it seems the steamer arm is letting water through and the milk is getting watery. Can we replace that...

Hi
Your water is not getting hot enough to turn the water into great steam so you get more water in your milk. Have you ever descaled your machine?

The steam spout (pannarello) will not stay on

there is a rubber sleeve inside, and also a hard plastic olive (like a wedding ring). When tightened, the hard olive compresses the rubber sleeve and it grips.
If you lose the plastic olive, the rubber remains uncompressed and the pannarello will blow off.
The olive is about the size of a wedding ring for a person with a 5mm finger (impossible I know - but the shape is like a tiny black wedding band all the same.).

Wand won't stay on stem

On the silver tube there are a few small notch marks, make sure the top part of the black knob is just above those notches before tightening parnello.
