They connect to the wireless card. If you flip the laptop on its back so the bottom is up and the front of the laptop is towards you, the wireless card access door is to the back of the laptop on the left side. It has a single screw holding the door in place. The little sockets on the card should have a small black and a small white triangle by each socket. That is where you clip the wires to. I believe the white cable connects to the left and black to the right. Below is an illustration of the card in the slot with the wires connected.

Putting a wahl 9307 back together

You will notice there is a little hook that the spring thing fits into on the device. You want the smaller part of the spring facing upwards and it should tuck in smoothly.

This is the smaller part of the spring facing upwards:

Then it gets tucked in as such:
Take note from the above photo that the square edges on the plastic piece go at the top of the blade piece and the rounded edges are at the bottom.

Then the bottom blade piece rests on top with the curvature facing upwards: putting-wahl-9307-back-together-g0fa4lo4hxabacpjggd4qk4j-2-5.jpg
The rest should be straightforward!

How to make a Dummy load for Cb radio

I took a "Pringles chip" rounded container and wound 8.25 ft of fine copper wire around it from top to bottom with a screw up top(bore into cardboard) holding it in place, and a***Shiny" screw **attached to the metal bottom. Then i took 8.25 ft. and placed it inside of the Pringles can. I punched a hole into the plastic lid and pulled through the wire to go to ANTENNA INPUT. Sitting it on top of the radio I let the metal bottom touch the GROUND by a screw. I keyed the radio it matched the same as my Antenna did. It keyed the exact same 1.5 watts and swinging to 4 watts when I whistled on my PC68Xl Uniden 40 ch. CB radio. Make sure both ends are stripped of enamel coating by scraping it off. I use a cigarette lighter for this or my teeth, or rough sandpaper, or nail polisher. The screw up top of canister is not important --it just holds the wire,so to easy wound the wire. I gapped it about 1 inch apart between windings.

How to unassemble and clean Janome sewing machine foot controller model 21371?

There are 4 screws on the bottom, 2 are under a rubber pad that can just as well be discarded. Be careful opening the 2 halves of the case, since the assembly is spring loaded. Note carefully the position of the wire bail as you open.
Your control is failing because the two resistive strips are dirty. Blow all the lint out the the case, and swab the two resistor strips with alcohol. Move the wiper arm so you can reach both ends of the strips.
To re-assemble, lay the bottom half on the table and place the plunger and wire bail in position. Then set the large ends of the springs over the round plastic projections in the plunger. Take the top half of the case (with all electrical parts) and engage the bottom end (away from the springs). Before pushing the top half closed, be sure that the small ends of the two springs fit around two screw heads.

How can i tell which wire connects to the white and which connects to the black wire if there not color coordinated?

Looking at outlet and if the round ground hole is on the bottom, the white wire comes from the left side and the black, the right. Reverse if ground hole is on top.

How to reassemble my wahl clipper model 8081

Okay, if you took this machine apart don't worry. You would have noticed when you loosened the first two screws closest to the blade (but still on the body of the trimmer) a small white part of the trimmer flew were probably think wtf? Yeah, okay. If you took all four screws out, make sure you align the cord within its allocated space on the frame and screw in the bottom two.

1. Now, leave the top two screws about 75% loose so that you can slip the white piece back.

2. You will notice that there are two prongs sticking out of the hole where the blade is suppose to go. Make sure the "Detailer" enscribed on the front of the trimmer is facing the ground (or opposite yourself). Align the white piece so that the groves are facing the prongs and the other half of the white piece is facing yourself.

3. Slide the white piece down as far as reasonable, without forcing it. There is a little hook on the white piece, and a corresponding groove on the casing of the Detailer. Make sure that you align the white part so that the hook aligns with the groove, also make sure that you have aligned the groove on the back side of the white piece with the small round tip of the motor.

4. Okay, so this is the tricky part, you will probably be saying...the white piece is still sticking out. Well this is initally why it flew off when you took the machine apart. The blade acts a spring load for the white piece and the top two screws on the casing holds the remaing pressure forced on the white piece. What you need to do now is align the blade and its screws with the corresponding holes on the maroone casing and push the front of the blade down on the white piece and tighten the screws. The machine should now be working.

Hope this helps.

Ds lite case repair

Ok i can tell you how to do this.

First of all you need to make sure you have a new shell and the tools needed for the job, listed below.

  1. NDS screwdriver - $9.99
  2. #00 screwdriver - $9.99
  3. small pair of adjustable pliers (for replacing case).
  4. Soldering Iron (required to replace top display screen or case)
image 1.

OK. Look at image 1 above. Remove all the screws circled.

if you need to access the top of the DS Look at Image 2 below & remove those screws.

Image 2.

*Tech NOTE * Be careful not to lose ur shoulder button shaft and springs (Image 3 circled in RED) they will come out on you.
Also you will see a small cable circled below in Blue (image 3) Only remove this if you absolutely have to, this connects your display touchpad to your motherboard and can be very difficult to reinstall.

Image 3

Their will also be a white cable (not in pic) this can be unplugged by lifting the little round connector with your fingernail; allowing you to pull it through the hinge.

If you unplug the Black cable and pull it loose, you will definitely have a difficult time getting it back underneath its socket. It's easier to desolder it from the board in the top case ( Image 4 in green)

Image 4

I know this is a lot, just bear with me we're almost done.

This next part you have to use EXTREME CAUTION

To unplug your display cables (image 5) you will have to very carefully lift the little black latch on the connector. You will have to use 2 fingernails, one on each side, to lift these off. IF you only lift from one side you will break the Black latch on the connector making the entire board - garbage! Same for reassembly - be wary pushing the latch back down. The top cable circled in Red is for the bottom display. The bottom one is for the top display. There will be a single screw holding the MotherBoard in place. Remove it and lift the MB out carefully.

Image 5

Above (image 6) is the Bottom display assembly. The 3 pieces are held together with adhesive. The display is on teh bottom, the Touchpad in the center, and the top is the protective shielding. They can be pried apart carefully using fingernails or a plastic tool (be very careful not to crack anything)

Image 7 is of the top display. Where you see the green circles is where the screw covers are located. use something very small to pry them out. Remove the 4 screws.

Hinge Removal - Image 8

Remove the two screws circled in Image 8 to get the hinge apart. If you are replacing your top display this will greatly help when you are trying to fit the cable back through the hinge hole. The Top can now be safely removed
Fitting your new cable through the hinge hole can be a bit frustrating. make sure you have separated the top & bottom cases to give yourself more working room. Remove the black and white wires, just out of the way. The cable will go into that thin slot a bit. When you reassemble it make sure to roll the end evenly from top to bottom first. This will help get it through the hole. Then put the round metal ring on afterwards, lastly put the wires through.

your speaker wires are soldered to your top display. To replace the case you will need to remove the wires to go through the hinge, and to replace the display you will have to remove them also (image 9)

Image 9

**Tech nOte**
when reassembling the top and bottom shell take note of the on / off button and the switch. Make sure you line the switch up with the button or you may break it***

Image 10

Image 10 - note the black wire that goes through the hinge. It is "jumped" (meaning it is connected to two places on the board, one next to the other)

Image 11

Image 11
The collar that fits inside the plastic case hole.

Image 12

Circled in green in image 12 is the angle adjuster. This is best installed with a small pair of adjustable pliers.

WOW... we're done!! As far as I can see this is a complete breakdown for anything you would need to fix. I hope this is a great help to you.

the black and white wires are most likely the antenna for the wireless networking card. When you locate the card you will see two small round plugs. Don't think it matters which one goes where.

I really hope this link helps. Like i said i'm pretty sure these are the wires for your wireless antenna.

Fix laptop Toshiba

Hi Towboatdaddy -

The black and white wires usually go to the wireless card, which is usually in a socket on most of the laptops that I have worked on. The wires have a little round part at the end of each wire that snaps onto the wireless card

Hope that helps,

Warm Regards,
