What color is it? If it is Clear or white it is actually a 25 amp fuse. Otherwise, what kind of fuse is it? if it is a regular "little fuse" you should be able to find it anywhere they sell fuses like Walmart. Or you should go to an audio shop and they would have one. Hope you find one.

Sometimes there is a fuse inside but they are usually thermal and reset when they cool. You said u blew a 60 amp fuse. Is that what the manuf reccomends? Check your remote turn on wire (blue) make sure u have power on the remote wire when you turn the radio on. only thing really left are the grounds

My son accidentally the pos and neg speaker wires together and the fuses blew on the amp and now the power light wont come on at all do you think the amp is damaged?

If I had to guess by touching the positive and the negative terminals together it probably fried up the transistors. While back I did the same to my amp and poof amp no longer worked. Took the amp apart to find the transistors fried up. Ordered them from the manufacturer but never installed them, ended up buying a new amp. Mainly, replacing the amp doesn't mean it would fix the problem....

Amp not working

It sounds like you either blew a fuse, or you cooked your amp. The fuse on the P200.2 amp is a 30A fuse, and it sits right next to the power, ground, and remote wire connections on the end. Pull the fuse out and see if it's blown. You should also check any other fuses that you have in the car before the amp.

Does my amps red light mean stop

The red light is for overload. Even though it has not blown any fuses but its definitely fried some capacitor, diodes, etc. If its still giving you sound output, make sure that your equipment is properly grounded before you start using it.........sodeep

Car Amp keeps blowing fuses

The reason why fuses blow is that the current is too much. Is the fuse rating according to the specs ? If yes then ... One or more output power transistor (or audio power IC) may be shorted. have it checked before replacing another fuse as this might cause more damage.
