Question about ViewSonic VA520 15" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Out of range usually referes to the resolution/refresh rate your PC has been set to.
If your pc's resolution/refresh is to high for the monitor, you wont get a picture.
Try boot into safe mode (F8) this will start with a low resolution, you can then go into your display properties and change them to the screens default resolution, put the refresh rate to 60hz, flat panels dont need a high refresh rate
