Question about Garden
There may be a fuse...but I would have to see a shematic to know...
same with if there is anything elese you can repair...
If it is a new unit I would acll the manufacturer and talk it through with them...may be a warranty issue...often electrical components will fail rapidly if they are bad...
Also check to make sure you did not short or overlaod the converter...
