Question about Computers & Internet

2 Answers

Someone hacked my E-mail account and took pictures out of there that were inappropriate and hacked onto my facebook and put them in my facebook photos. A lot of people have seen these photos and it is very embarrassing. I along with others thought that this could not happen and that photos like this would not be able to appear on facebook. I have changed my password numerous times on both my email and facebook. I have changed my information on both. Finally i deactivated my account because this problem has been occurring alot in the past couple of days.

HI!

Problems like this happen a lot. Its not enough just to keep changing your password. There are a lot of other security meausres you should follow. Here are a list of tips I recommend:
1. Use a good AntivirusAntispyware program like Mcafee or AVG. Dont just get their basic Antivirus program get a good strong one that protects your identity, privacy and the works.
2. Dont keep installing programs on your PC or phone. Only install a software if you know it was created from a company that can be trusted like microsoft or Adobe or etc.
3. Make sure you are connected to the internet via a good trusted connection, not via a wifi hotspot in a coffee bar.
4. Keep away from dangerous sites and dont open emails that look suspicious.
5. If you are using a browser like Firefox or Opera, etc dont download too many plugins or themes, you dont know who has created them and what the plugin may be doing in the background.
6. Try your best not to let anyone other than you to use your PC/Phone/PDA.
7. Many programs/websites like facebook, ebay, etc allow other apps to communicate with them using your account. Its done only when you specifically authorize it. Now you may actually authorize a game or a widget you like but you may not know what other information the game/app/widget is collecting aside from the work you have autrorized it to do.

Finally Dont trust anybody or any program or application. SO be alert!!

Not sure what youe actual problem is?
What you need to do is scan your computer for trojans/malware that may still be compromising your security.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How do I unblock Facebook? I have tried a bunch of proxy's but none of them work!

I wonder, the proxy's you are using, are just a scam, to hack your account. All help you could need comes from Facebook. I think the best thing you can do is to ask Facebook to send a reset code to one of the oldest e-mail addresses you eer used. They do have them on file. Just because someone who hacked your account, most likely did change the return mail address too.
Visit the help page and look for send reset code to an old mail address.

My mom account has been hacked we cant contact Problem with the Facebook Social Network My mom account has been hacked we cant contact facebook because they just dont care enough to have a tech support...

have you tried the steps from this links

1. http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=1023

If you can still access the mail account that you use to create a facebook account then go on number 1. chances are you might regain control of your facebook accounts. (Example: If your mail account is yahoo. and you can still access this account then go on step #1)

If there is no way you can access the mail account and including the secret questions and answer have been change by the hacker, then, go on Step #2 to have your account deleted by the facebook team.

Good luck!

Contact Facebook immediately and tell them that you suspect someone has hacked into your account. They will immediately shut down your current account and will find out who is responsible.
