I purchased the S6 dual or wq n95, and found that after installing the SIM card as instructed, contacting AT&T/Cingular etc., the phone still says unregistered. Or no connection signal is coming through. I told them about it also being a Triband, which according to them, should have nothing to do with it. Even with the SIM connected to the S6, they were showing connections on their end. It's difficult to get the manufacturers of this phone to response to any emails regarding this product. Im beginning to think we're SOL

the phones purchased are not compatible within the US frequencies. However, once you enter the Euporean countries. . it will work.
Note: the manufacturer I purchased mine from did agree to except the return for full refund. They don't like the negative feedbacks. Cuts out US business for them.
