Question about Apple iPod classic MP3 Player
First turn off ipod then pull battery and memory card from it for sometimes then start ipod without memory card then go to settings menu and reset all settings to defaults. Then connect memory card Then connect it ipod to computer then if still not recognize in computer then make sure usb cable is working fine try it in different usb ports of computer. Right click on my computer icon then click on property then hardware->device manager then uninstall all usb drivers from there then it automatic install all drivers. Then check. Then if still same issue then you need to run computer in safe mode for 1 time. When you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times then you can see safe mode and other menu connect ipod to computer then restart then check.Make sure ipod driver installed and working fine in computer.
