The system is beeping and has a low flow light lit up with number 90. The happened when i was trying to put the return cover back on. Tried shutting it off and restarting but still beeping
Most likely you either have air in the system or a blockage
A blockage can occur at the front of the motor from skimming or direct suction you would be surprised what sneaks through the pre filter screens Undo the hose in front of the motor first there is a plastic housing screen that usually gets clogged
If it is air drain the hoses and the filter cartridge housing now blast out your cartridge with a strong garden hose Put it all back together now open all bleeders except the one on the bottom of the cartridge housing open dishcharge hose side first when water starts coming out of the bleeders then open the inlet hose
Turn on pump for 30 seconds and then close the bleeders this should do it

when mine does this, I open the skimmer cover until I can hear air escaping. Let some air out and then turn the cover back on. Also I will turn the valve open on the intake hose and then put back on. Just keep doing things like that to get the water flow started. It eventually starts.
Skimmer or pump baskets may be clogged. It's also possible the pool return is too high causing excess back pressure on the pump. Try raising the pump and equipment off the ground getting a bigger pump.
those random beeps and lights describe an error code that its your machine is throwing click this site scroll down to the window its a technicians service sheet for these models you would have to know how many lights are flashing http://www.docstoc.com/docs/25379715/Fisher-_-Paykel-Washer-Diagnostic-Fault-Codes there are 8 lights total so if number 2 and number 8 were lit you would scroll down till you found the solution of whats wrong with your unit because 2 and 8 were lit if you have any further quesitons message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations in the future Thanks Rick
hello,
who are we to say the flow is fine? there is no way of putting your hand to the discharge tube and being able to calculate gallons per hour coming out
Start by removing your flow sensor and wiggling it back and fourth
now spray it hard with a garden hose.
Also do this with your electro cell but no vinegar this time.
Put it back together
now blow your cartridge out spray hard between every fold top to bottom this should really be done every day with these cheap intex pumps
make sure you have your bleeder knobs open slightly
turn on pump and after a minute or so close them back up
This should do the trick for you
I would try to check your return air first, making sure there is no blockage and that your air filters are clean. It almost sounds like when you take the cover off, you are pulling enough air into the system for it to run, but as soon as you close it off, it's not getting enough air flow, therefore, tripping a limit switch inside the furnace. Most furnaces will also have the codes for the flashing lights and what they mean on the inside of the door covers.
just fold a buisness car in half the long way. don't fold it hard.
slide it in the disk slot about an inch to open up the rubber flaps.
then just blow hard. TIP: try not to spit in there . first clean the
dust off the ps3..... dont want to take the chance of putting more dust
in there. canned air will work too just make sure you spray air not
liquid .
If your diode is not burned out yet then this should fix your problem.
1. Plug in controller
2. Have system in standby mode (red light)
3. Hold down power button for a full cycle (will turn on and back off again)
4. Hold power button again will hear 2 single beeps then a double beep.
5. As soon as you hear the double beep immediately remove your finger from the power button.
6. Hit the PS button on controller when it tells you to
7. Go to only option 3 (restore)
8. warning: select any other option and you can wipe out everything only use option 3
9. Follow on screen prompts
I went throught this and it is really silly. The P5N-T motherboard has a problem with some of the new energy efficient CPUs. The fix was to insert an older CPU and upgrade the bios and then it would recognize the new CPU. If you happen not to have an older 775 CPU laying around (most people do not), it might be easiest to return it and get a different board - or maybe the store can upgrade the bios for you.
