Its just the software issue dude! So try for hard reset by pressing red+green+camera at the restart of ur phone. This will reset your phone to factory settings. Then your problem will get solved.

ok as ur sayin that u have done the setting plz confrim the settings from SP, after that u can confirm that is there any spelling mistakes, than reset the cache setting and restore the handset. and try from " go to address option",, u will be able to access thes ervices,
