JDB3610AWX - Controls (pushpad) does not respond to...

When we try to start the dishwasher the controls do not accept input. I have tried to power off the breaker for 5 minutes and retry the controls - nothing. The breaker is fine and the disposal, on the same breaker, works fine. I checked the power leads and they look fine.
I suspect the control apnel - any way to check it out?

Guruin the manual there is a sequence to unlock the control check the manual for the unlock sequence
