Coby TF-DVD7100 Dvd player shows "no disc"

I have a Coby TF-DVD7100 Dvd player. Screen shows "no disc" when the disk is inserted. I have tried cleaning the lens and that does not solve the problem. It looks like the disk spins a few times after pressing play, but never gets up to full speed. Any suggestions?

Dratted Coby TF-DVD7100 Portable DVD player not working!

Its defective. Coby doesn't repair the units. The lense is off balance which is causing the laser to not read the dvd/cd.
