Hello

It is impossible to send this to your email because it is against the fixya terms and condition but i will make sure i give you the step here that you will understand.

When you switch your phone blue tooth on and the blue tooth of your system is active also. The laptop sees the iphone automatically like any other camera or flash drive.

Go to my computer icon click on it you will see the memory card as drive E or F. Click on it and it will open the memory card. Right click on whatever you want to copy from the from the phone and paste it in any where you will like to take it to on the laptop.

You can also copy your picture from your laptop to your iphone by right clicking on the picture and you will open the phone like i said earlier and paste it.

Hope this help?

My photos on my phone will not transfer to my computer

What kind of phone do you use, Margaret?

If it's an android, then you can connect it to your PC with a USB cable. Your phone will be recognized as a camera on your computer. Open it and choose the pics you want, drag and drop to transfer them to your computer.

If you're an iPhone user, it won't be difficult to back up photos with the help of iTunes. Feel free to read this official guide.

You can also try a 3rd party program to transfer iPhone photos to computer just in case iTunes doesn't work. http://www.leawo.org/tutorial/how-to-backup-iphone-photos.html

How to transfer 20.12G images to windows 10 pc

What phone do you have? If it is an Android phone it is pretty easy. Plug the phone into your PC and use Windows Explorer to find the photos. Drag them to a folder on your PC.

If it is an iPhone there are ways but it can be challenging. You need to use Windows Photo to import the photos.

I need to transfer some photos and videos from my iphone to computer. How do I do this?

First you need to authorize your PC with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a article about transferring files from iPhone to computer, which included transferring iPhone photos and videos to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!
