Question about Cell Phones
The Provider Unlock Code (PUK) is unique to your SIM, mobile number and provider: ring your SIM Card mobile provider Help Desk with the appropiate documentation at hand and they will give you the required PUK code. If you manage your ccount online, the PUK code could also be available via this facility.
DO NOT attempt to enter the wrong PUK codes as after a set number of attempts (3 to 10 usually), your SIM card will be permanently and physically disabled!
Hope if helps and good luck.
