If you are referring about hoe to keep the rain getting inside by the hole that the tube is getting in ...it depends on how is the hole in the window made...If it is bigger than the tube ...and possibly square and not round..than the easy fix is with some Plexiglas ..and some strong adhesive..just cause the plexiglas is kinda plastic and ... can be easily cut in the form of the hole ...and around the tube ...tidest that you can ..and glued directly on the external side..around the tube ...than to make it waterproof ..use a silicon tube ..and fill the edge ...The silicon stuff is the solution in the case that the glass is already tide cut around the tube ...too...just use a transparent silicon spray ..the kind they use in the pluming ..and isolate it well from both sides...it will be kinda esthetically enough too cause there is transparent kind in almost any hardware store..or construction materials store..
