If it doesn't seem to be picking up as well as usual, it's possible that there's a blockage in the system, and you may need to give the filter a wash. Under normal use, this should be done at least once every 3-6 months. Use cold water without detergent, and allow up to 12 hours for the filter to dry completely before replacing it. By clearing any obstructions and washing the filter, you should be able to resolve your issue without further assistance.
