Question about Computers & Internet
Is this actually a mac laptop?
I will answer as if you are running Windows as the computer ships with this pre-installed (respond back if you have an apple OS on the computer).
There are several ways of turning off your wi-fi on a windows computer, and sadly one switch cannot bring them all back on.
If the Fn + F1 keystrokes bring on the wi-fi light on your computer then that is a start, be sure the light is on (showing that this switch is in the correct ON position). Next view all of your network connections through your operating system, there will be a place to do this under either
Windows -> Connect To -> Show All Connections
or in the control panel.
When you can see all of the network connections available right-click on the connection corresponding to your wireless internet connection and click "Enable" if it is an option, otherwise click on "Repair".
If you still do not have wireless connectivity, you need to tell your third-party network adapter controller to turn the wireless card on. To do this, find the program running in the task bar (bottom right corner of your screen, it may be "hidden") and right-click on it. Choose the "Enable Radio" button (wording may be slightly different for some wireless card manufacturers).
Your wireless internet will be turned on and working again!

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
