Hi.
To start ensure that the problem is not related to cable connection. If you are using the red/white (audio) and yellow (video) cables, try replacing the yellow cable.
Test also using a different cable for example HDMI or component (red, green blue).
Disconnect XBox power cable and restart to reset the console.
Turn the Xbox 360 off and turn the console back on with the first player
controller.
Press and hold the "Y" button while pulling the right trigger at the same
time , while the Xbox controller connects to the game system. The system will display video, if it does not, check TV setting again.
If that does not help, then there is a fault.
If the problem is not cable related, and restarting the XBox does not help, then the video chip is fried. This often happens because of the soldering on video chip legs loosing contact. In that case the mainboard must be replaced.
If problem is not due to connection (ensure first), and there is a fault, then contact Microsoft to get a quote on repair. See:Xbox.com

Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. This issue might occur due
to hardware failure and possibly the GPU (Graphics processing unit) failure. The
issue is heat, and what you need to do is take your system apart, clean off the
GPU and motherboard, and put a spacer (like a washer) between the heat sink and
the motherboard. This will allow "breathing" and keep the motherboard
cool. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment
for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee
Hello,
Check some of the items below to ensure they are not the cause of the problem.
If all the above are not causing the problem, rest assured that the problem might be with Overheating.
Normally, you can fix your xbox 360 no picture problem.
An hour of cool down is all that is needed. Turn the system off and
wait.Keep a good video feed by simply not overheating again. Every time
the system overheats, you will encounter this same problem.
Take a few simple steps and improve the airflow. Airflow can be
restricted just by placing the console in a cabinet or on a shelve. Keep
it in an open location.Avoid putting your system near other
electronics. Air can circulate from opening a few windows, too. Even
using a small table fan can help cool everything down.
Take care.
