Question about Computers & Internet
I had purchased iball wireless keyboard and mouse and had completed installation. It was working for few months. Once I removed the receiver from the USB port. Since then it stopped working. I do not have the CD with me hence I do not remember activiation procecss. I have put new batteries.
My keyboard and mouse are microsoft, But, I think they all sync the same, Look on the bottom of the mouse and the keyboard, you should find a small button, one on the reciever also, these need to be pushed in a certain sequence, Mine is the keyboard first, then the reciever, watch the active light on the reciever, it should flash a few times then stay on, then it's synced, Do the same with the mouse, Your's could be different though, it could be mouse first. One more thing they need to be less than a couple feet apart when you do this. so that's it Good luck. Bob
