refrigerator lights up but fridge and freezer not getting cold and the fridge is brand new

Hi, the fridge light is working and that's about it. There are no discernable sounds from the fridge and the fan isn't turning. The fridge is at least 3 years old probably 4-5. It's a Haier compact fridge but I'm not sure what model as the manual is pretty useless.

Check to see if the compressor and fan is coming on. If the compressor is coming on but both compartments are warm you may have an evaporater leak. I have put alot of them in frt18 and 21's.
