Question about Fisher and Paykel Fisher & Paykel Washer
This sounds like an issue with the Motor Controller Module and/or Display Module. Unplug the machine then let it sit for at least half an hour to eliminate the possibility of an electronic glitch. Check the wire harness connection between the Motor Controller Module and Display Module if the problem is not addressed. Remove the 2 screws from the rear of the console then raise the console for access to the Motor Controller Module, Display Module, and associated wiring. Check to make sure the wire harness is intact and and fully inserted to both. The connections must be snug fit and corrosion-free. Reseat the connections several times to clean off dirt and corrosion build up in the connectors and terminals.
Consider replacing the Display Module if the problem still persist then the Motor Controller Module if the problem is still not addressed.
