Question about Equator EZ 3612 CEE Front Load Washer/Dryer
I just bought a used Equator EZ3612 CEE. First time trying it everything appeared to work - filled, rotated drum, emptied. After the rinse cycle started, I turned off the water supply at the sink.
Went out for a bit, came home and clothes steaming hot but wet. Had to wring out a pair of socks. Tried rewashing, this time leaving the water on during the entire cycle. Everything is working now except the drum won't tumble or spin during any cycle.
I followed the complete reset instructions and tried to wash another load. Drum still will not tumble or spin.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Washer/Dryer not drying
is your dryer a conderser type
does it have a tank that you have to empty at the end of cycles
if it does the filter that condensers the water from drying cycle
if that is blocked it will not work

You may be loading the washer with too many items. 8 pounds (wet) is the max for an Equator EZ3613 CEE. Mine would drain, but then wouldn't spin, leaving the clothes soaking wet. Here's what worked for me:
I turned it OFF, unplugged it for a while, emptied it of all items, plugged it back in, turned the dial to RESET, turned it ON and watched the Mode light flash quickly for a while, then watched it for over a minute, flashing about once a second, to ensure it really had reset itself. Then, I turned it OFF, turned dial to Cotton 1, turned it ON, and it performed the cycle properly when empty. When this strategy worked, it told me I had put too many items in it for it to spin.

Per the service manual, if the mode light blinks 13 times, there's a bad dryer sensor or thermostat. I'm not sure if that related to your problem but it's a start.
