Question about Akai LCT1560 Television
Yes, it can be the T-CON board (more likely), or the main logic board, or worst case will be the LCD panel.
Try cooling the T-CON board first with small fan or freeze spray for electronics troubleshooting blowing in the T-CON board (the back has to be open) , it is under the metal shield taht must be removed.
