You need to troubleshoot the problems since it can be the 24vdc power supply is not working or the backlight inverter board or the main boards may have failed. I would check the power supply 24vdc section and the backlight inverter board for shorts.

Check and replace the main power regulator board as card basis. It has damaged.

with no picture and no audio i would more than likely suspect the main AV Board needs replacing.
Take the back of your tv and get the part number of the AV board ( THE ONE WITH THE INPUTS AND SCART SOCKETS) then Google or Ebay for a replacement.
95% thisd will cure your problem.

No, if the picture of your tv screen is clear when when you watching. the troble of your tv is looseboard, and you replace your CRT socket too.
