I'm sure you have looked but the best bet is to go through Rinnai and find local parts dealers or installers who can get you the parts.

Always willing to help, let me know the area you are in country etc.and I will see if i can recommend anyone.

I have contacts in Oz and NZ.

I can also send a link for the parts if that helps or just look up the model you should find a pdf..
Exhaust fluing for these units is tricky to specify as there are lots of different parts available depending on how you want to run the pipe. Recommend getting someone in who has good experience installing these as this will save alot of time (and money). We used to get so many installers trying to return parts that were incorrectly ordered.

I have a rinnai 1001ft heater but i need the flue is there enyone that has one please

You should be able to get the flue kit from any Rinnai resellers.

There are many different flueing options existing for Rinnai Energysaver depending on where you wish to install it (by a licensed gas fitter only of course).

Depending on what flue kit you need for your own situation you could be looking anywhere between $150 to $800 (AUD).

Go on their website for a list of resellers.

We have a RINNAI ENERGYSAVER 1001FT, if power or gas has been turned off, it takes several attempts to restart it.

If the gas was tunred OFF, yes it would take several attempts for the pilot to light. Because, there is air in the line from the gas line shutoff valve to the heater. Once that's purged, the heater should light. The electrical power shouldn't affect it. Unless, the heater hasn't been serviced in the last year. Unfortunately, they are not maintenance free.

How to install

Unfortunately, the installation of one of these units is not quite as simple as 1, 2, 3.

So, I am providing a couple links on the installation process. You can download and print each one.

The first is the Flue Installation Guide.
http://www.rinnai.com.au/images/stories/operating_instructions/Heating/Energysaver/CI_ES_Flue_Inst_Manual.pdf

The second is the Operation Guide, which also deals with proper installation.
http://www.rinnai.com.au/images/stories/operating_instructions/Heating/Energysaver/CI_ES_Flue_Inst_Manual.pdf

The third is the exploded parts view & parts diagram, Which you may need in the future.
http://www.rinnai.com.au/images/stories/operating_instructions/Heating/Energysaver/CI_ES_Flue_Inst_Manual.pdf

I hope all of this information will help you properly install the unit.

Have inherited a Rinnai energysaver 1001 FT gas heater - need an exhaust manifold

Found a link to the service manual for starters

http://www.rinnaisales.co.nz/tradesmart/rinnai2/pdfs/service_info/225.pdf

The flue system looks very similar to some current models. I'd go to Rinnai direct and try and get a list of local service agents who can order the bits in. The flues are very tricky to order because there are so many different bits depending on where you need it to run so order carefully.

Rinnai energysaver 556f manual

Here is a link to the 556FTR from Australia.
They are all pretty much the same. The US site has similar info. Just google Rinnai. Open the site, go to resources tab and click downloads. The manuals are easy to locate.

Rinnai energysaver 1001ft won't turn on. Was okay when last switched off. Cleaned filters and green light comes on for a short time but no red light to ignite starter for gas. After less than 1minute...

Wet your finger first- then plug the item in, the filters should run in reverse. Make sure that the filter is in right. This was made in China and it is read left to right not right to left. The translation got it backwards. Fix this and the flow will make all well.

Rinnai Energysaver 1001FT, ignites, blows 5mins then shuts down.

Sounds like it is reaching high limit...either the filters on the back are plugged, or the manifold pressure isn't adjusted properly. IF the exhaust were plugged on the unit, it wouldn't fire at all, since it has a pressure switch to verify vent flow. The slightest blockage, the unit will lock out to prevent damage to the unit.
