Did you not read my solution? You click the link and you will download the manual. You go to page 12 and it gives you the step by step instructions for YOUR unit. How much more detailed of answer you could you need? The owners manual is as detailed as it gets and is straight forward and simple.

again to make it clear. The link I gave you is to the .pdf of the owners manual. You can download it for free and if you don't already have adobe reader you can download and install that free. Here are both the links again. Please accept/rate my solution appropriately as you have more then enough information to do exactly what you asked.

For presetting, tune to the channel you want. There is usually 6 numered buttons (1-6).Press and hold down the numbered button you want to preset the channel you selected. When you hear the music come back on it is preset. If you want more than 6 presets, press the Band button. That will give you another 6 presets.(or 5 but normally 6).So when you press the band button,it will go through 3 different sets of FM presets and 1 section of 6 AM presets.Put your 6 most frequent listening channels on the first set of FM presets, some less frequent on the 2nd set, etc.Good luck!

Since there is 3 separate FM band choices and 1 AM,I would press the band button until I get to AM,then press the band button 1 more time and begin presetting your FM channels.Once you preset button 1,tune to the next channel you want and hold down button 2 until you hear the music come back, all the way to 6.Once you have the first 6 set up,press the band button and redo it for the next 6.

I would also program them on the faceplate. Then you can experiment with your remote once you know where everything is.I have never owned a car stereo with a remote control but I would imagine that the buttons are almost identical so you actually could probably do it either way.Yes if you search, the next channel with a sigmal strong enough to be picked up will tune in.
