Printing blank

copies, print jobs, and faxes are not printing. the page is left blank. it is not an issue with the drum or ink. however, one of the less technically inclined here in the office was looking for a way to copy on both sides and clearly did something. but since i don't know what he did i don't know how to fix it. any help?

Likely the simplest way would be to return the machine to its factory defaults. That would ensure that whatever they had done to mess it up, would be un-done. The negative side to this, would be that you would lose all stored information such as phone numbers. To see how to do this, you would need to open your user manual to page B-7. If you do not have one handy, here is the link to the manual online:
