Question about Brother MFC 7420 All-In-One Laser Printer
Likely the simplest way would be to return the machine to its factory defaults. That would ensure that whatever they had done to mess it up, would be un-done. The negative side to this, would be that you would lose all stored information such as phone numbers. To see how to do this, you would need to open your user manual to page B-7.
