My Palm Tungsten E2 is frozen. I'm not able to turn it off, press any buttons, nothing. I'm afraid to press the reset button because unfortunately, I haven't sync my handheld in over 8 months. Is there any way I can fix my handheld and save my current information. Help.

Usually I just hit the reset button and hope nothing was corrupted. Just use your stylus or a pin and press the reset button in the hole on the back/bottom of the palm. It will then reboot and you should have control back. Blazer is pretty stable but once in a while it acts up.
Best thing to do here is to remove any memory cards etc.. and do a hard reset - seems like soft reset will or has not worked...
Press and hold the power button - keep it pressed and gently press the reset button on the back of the handheld. Wait for the Palm Powered logo to appear and release the power button. You should get a message warning about erasing all data. Press up on your 5-way navigator to reset.
This will erase all data inlcuding user information from the device, but synchronizing should get it all back - but you will loose anything that was not recently sync'd
do a soft reset, press the reset button on the back of the unit, if you still have the stock stylus, the top will unscrew to expose a reset pin, to allow you to access button. Press the button, screen should sow a restart, then your starting point.
Turn it on pressing the reset at the same time or take out battery and unplug/plug the battery. Your battery may have died. If this is helpful, post as such. If it is a fixya, post as such. I had an E2, can tell you alot about it. TY
