I have LN-T4671F version SS03 When I turn it on it clicks like it wants to come on but does not it clicks about 8 times then comes on.

This is the starter relay and the safety circuit has been invoked to perevent further damage to your unit ( fire). The power supply and possibly both sustain boards have been compromised. Possible cause is a spike or power surge If recent storm has been experienced make a claim on insurance policy under FUSION for the repair ( parts only )but that is where the greatest cost will be $400-$500

In most cases it is the capacitors in he power supply section that have gone out.

Common symtoms are
-shuts down
-takes a long time to come on
-relay clicks
-dead set

You can get capacitors online or you can get a complete kit with instructions and support from www.TvRepairKits.com . Its a failry easy DIY fix.

When turning on the tv it takes a long time and you can hear it clicking trying to come on

Sounds like the early stages of an eventual power supply failure. Start asking around for a reputable repair shop in your area.

My samsung SX07 series is a little messed up. The sreen is divided into 2 sections one takes up about 2/3 the screen, and the shows the middle third of the screen. How do i fix that?!

Turn on the menu and if it is messed up also then you have a bad panel,...very expensive. If not, then it may only need a T-Con board. These are only available for versions SX07 & 8 and for SS03 & 4. Look at the right side for a sticker with your version number on it. I highly suggest you take it to a shop.

My samsung ln-t4671f takes 3 to 10 minutes to turn on. it just clicks,clicks clicks

The power supply board is dying,that the board where the power a/c cord into it.Replaced the power supply board will stable and work as normal again.Tries Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

LN-T4671F LCD samsung tv clicks on and off for about 1 minute before going on

Look at the power supply first since it is easier to get to, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc. The power supply may be sensing overloading.
