Try to press ctrl + alt + delete. Or try to push the power button to turn off the laptop so that the circuitry would reset. Remove cables and battery, then press n' hold the power button for 8 secs. Reinsert cables and battery then turn on the pc. Check the spacebar or any other keys if the line keeps on moving. If it does then you need to call your manufacturer to replace the keyboard...
