Question about D-Link DIR-625 (790069292637) Wireless Router
You need to make sure that youre trying to connect to the right network or network name and you need to enter the network key if the wireless network is secured. if cant remember the network key you need to access the router page and on the wireless setting you can obtain the network key, you can also personalize the network name and network key and the security as well for you to remember easily

Go to Start>Run and type 'http://192.168.10.1', a logon screen appears. User name is: motorola, Password is: admin. A webpage appears which is the router control panel. Now you can talk to your router. If you are using cable broadband then use DHCP, for DSL use PPPoE. All of your Basic, LAN, Wireless, Status, Gaming, Security and Firmware updates are here. i had the same problem too with my'n. My issue was on of my setting's was set to block that wi-fi connection. Try switching your setting for finding internet connection from automatic to manual. that should do the trick!

Try a different kind of wireless encryption on your router. This will probably fix it. If your password is wep, try wpa. If it's wpa, try wep. If you don't know what the heck I'm talking about.....let me know :)

ok do this if it is already showing your router up on your portable device but it has that security lock and you are unable to join or need a password which u dont know lol go to that network and on the top push forget this network. than go back and click on for other location. than for the name put in your router name usually 5 characters long make sure u use capitalization cuz its case sensitive. than select what kind of key u have it should say right on the side of your wireless router. than type the key in usually a wep key and u should be set to join it if it doesnt auto matically do soo
