Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
HPDeskjetF380: had been working fine and then one day stopped copying and scanning. Still prints fine. Got two red lights blinking under on/off button and an "E" showing next to third button. I have Vista.
It seems that the drivers for the All in One have got corrupted somehow. Do the following:
1. Disconnect the device.
2. Uninstall from Control Panel.
4. Reinstall the device drivers from the CD that came with it.
5. Reboot the pc/laptop.
6. Reconnect the device.
7. Allow Windows to detect and load the drivers.
8. After it tells you 'The new HW is ready for use' start using it.
All the best.
