Question about BenQ T701 TFT 17" LCD Monitor
Hi, to all
i have a benq fp767 monitor that when i turn it on it works perfectly for 1 or 2 seconds then it becomes black and after some seconds it flashes for a 1 seccond then black again, and every timer i turn the monitor off then on it does the same thing. the green led is on and i can see the picture so its a backlight problem, i test the 4 c5707 and the 2fu9024n they are all ok. now i dont know what to do and what to check else please help me to repair it.
thanks to all helpers
I've repaired my FP767 just today. It had similar problem.
First of all I thought that I needed to replace CCFL tubes.
Then I noticed inflated capacitors in power supply.
I replaced them all and monitor works as new.

You can try contacting the manufacture or their distributor for service information. Most of the time, these monitors are not feasible to service. In many of these models, the backplane lamps are not able to be changed because of the way the screen is constructed. Very often, the backplane lamp supply also has to be changed along with the lamps.
Start here for Benq service support:
By-the-way, from my past experience, Benq, as like the other monitor manufactures will not sell service manuals, or spare parts directly. They will tell you that you have to send the monitor for service.
