Check to be sure you are using the correct washer for the center mounting hole that fits around the center mounting bolt, and inside the universal mounting center hole of the blade and as well be sure that you use the washer that covers the inner spacer washer as well that secures the blade to a solid mounting that won't vibrate ( large washer on the center mount bolt First then the smaller washer that fits into the blades mounting hole and over the bolt )

Viber problems

should of skyped... Sounds like you need a different service provider because with Boost for instance, you add a $10 monthly package and you can talk to your daughter unlimited :-)

as for the data, can't say, thats your package deal your purchased through your service provider but I will say that seems excessive but we all know these fine folks are shysters !!!

I got alot of vibration when i engage the blades on my 44 inc swisher rough cutter

I had the same problem twice. The first time happened when the blades were not swinging freely because they got gummed up with grass. So make sure your blades pivot easily.

The second time happened when the nuts came loose from the blade driver (the part underneath the deck that the large bolt goes through to hold on the blade assembly). I had taken the Swisher to a small engine repair place for servicing. They removed the blade assembly to sharpen the blades while it was there but put the old lock nuts back on without using any Locktight, so the nuts started to come off while I was cutting. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until after the blade driver got very loose and then got reamed out by the wobbling of the large blade assembly bolt. I had to replace the blade driver and its bolts and nuts.

Engine starts and runs but has excessive viberation like an engine out of time

Question-Did you or someone hit something? Reason I ask this is because if the blade is bent or quite possibly the shaft going to the blade this will cause excessive vibration. If the mower starts ok then you probably don't have an issue w/timing. If this is a pull type cord to start engine you can tell if it is out of time if it pulls hard & jerks the cord out of your hand. This usually happens when you hit something with the blade, which causes the key way on the flywheel to shear, which causes engine to be out of time. Key way is replacable, just need to pull engine flywheel off with a puller. Once key way is replaced & reassembled your engine is now back in time.

Excessive noise

I found that the buzzing can be removed by blowing out the unit, cleaning the blades and taking a long cotton swab and alcohol to thoroughly clean the corona wire - carefully - don't break it. The wire should be clean enough that the slider/wiper runs smoothly up and down the wire after cleaning. If it drags or is rough to slide, you will still have noise no matter how many times you clean the blades. The wire gets a "crust" on it.
