Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi to Welcomejee -- Here's hoping all is well with you and that you are dry and vertical and breathing frequently and have no intention to get into politics. How best to check electrolytic capacitors...

Hi Frank // Gramps // Renthelp // BDCD928E
I'm just fine, Thanks God. How about you?
Capacitor should be checked out of circuit with capacitance meter if you do not see any thing wrong with it through visual inspection like puffy top or leakage of liquid at bottom or shrink plastic cover etc.
DLP lamp visual check is that is it broken or intact, rest of test is to swap lamp in similar working tv.
Let me know if I missed any thing.
Good luck.

Slow/Non-Existent Internet

More info would be neccassarry to determine if this is a virus causing this, or spyware, or just a newly installed program or windows update, try clicking start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore" and choose a point in time that the pc operated mormally, if this doesn't fix the problem, it may be virus related and more thourough support would be advised. The above procedure will not erase your data.
Please leave a good rating if this helps. Thanks

you need to change the coolant in the CRTs. Thats a common problem with the blue and green CRT in phillips magnavox rear projectionsIt makes the color and clarity as good as new after the coolant has been changed. If you need more info let me know, as there is a kit that has the coolant for all 3 tubes and CD with the step by step instructions with pictures available.
