Aha another gateway user. my laptop has a small slider switch that turns the wifi card on and off. look for yours. if you dont have an on n off
your is probably on.....you need to know if you have a wireless signal to connect to from the router. if you dont have wifi turned on ( on a router ) you cant connect wirelessly
