Bring it back and exchange it for another unit. One that has not been opened or returned.

You can locate the Child Craft crib instructions at www.child-craft.com. Assembly instructions are located to the right of the screen at the top. Once you are on this screen, you will need to only type in the five digit model number ( 33901).
