Question about Apple iPod shuffle Second Gen. Silver (1 GB) MP3 Player (MA564LL/A)
There are only three possible causes of the problem for the iPod that's not charging.
1. Dead battery
2. Loose connection
3. Bad charging cable
* First, you may want to try to use another cable then try to charge your iPod. Or you may try to connect it to different USB ports of the computer and see if the same problem will occur.
If that did not help, then you need to send the iPod to the manufacturer and have them check the battery and possible loose wire connection inside.
Thank you and good luck!
