Question about Washing Machines
Shut off the hot and cold water.disconnect the water line from the washer and stick them in the washer, turn the water back on,make sure you have someone hold the lines so when the water is on the hoses don't spray all over the place from the pressure in the lines,if no water comes out you have a bad home water valve and need to change it out,if water comes out check the valve where the water lines connect to on the back of the washer,if there are screens inside the opening on the valve pull them out and clean them or you'll have to change the valve out.you didn't send the model number so i don't know what kind of machine you have,if it's a newer washer you could have problems with the electronics or something else, also i've seen water lines with pressure valves in them,if you have this change them out to regular burst proof hoses.good luck
