Question about RIM BlackBerry Bold Smartphone
Well it seems that there is some firmware problem in your phone. first of all you can try to reset your phone to the factory default settings, just go into settings - phone settings - and select restore phone to factory default, it helps you to solve the problem.
Note. you lost all the settings and data from your phone after doing factory reset, so please make a backup of the data before resetting. Please post comments if further you have the same problem.........
