Question about Computers & Internet
Just bought a brand new desktop has 3 mb of ram, vista preimum, dual core 1.73Ghz, but I am unable to get the Aero feature to work. After 2 hours with hp tech, they want to send me a disc so I can reload the operating system they say this will solve the problem.
Should I just bring the computer back to bestbuy and exchange it or get my money back or reload the operating system??
At the very least, I would take it into best buy and ask that if it was under warranty, if they could try to get Aero to work while you are there. They may be able to point you in the right direction.
