Kitchenaid superb microwave.oven combo KEMC308KSS0 is giving F2 E0/E1 error. Replaced the switch membrane and also the Control board. The error still shows up.

Kitchenaid range not working. 36" dual fuel. Had repairman out he tried replacing boards and knobs. still no power going to controls for oven. stove top working fine. 240v service has been checkd

Not giving a MODEL NUMBER makes this mostly conjecture...

My personal experience with KITCHENAID does not
inspire great confidence... (still REALLY angry)

If it's NEW just ship the WHOLE THING BACK
IMMEDIATELY...

Else... Get on YELP... and start going thru "technicians" until you find one worth the trip...

If the control boards have already been changed ...
AND THE POWER HAS BEEN VERIFIED... repeat that process...
Nothing about electric ovens is MAGIC...!!

Pretty much replacing those boards eliminates
the lock & Sabbath modes...!!

If this is the UNIT I'm thinking... (High end = $$$$$)... but
in no way IMPLIES QUALITY in design or assembly
(my experience is quite the contrary).

You NEED to get COMPETENT (FACTORY AUTHORIZED)
help out IMMEDIATELY...
(patience/understanding will only make you the VICTIM).

KITCHENAID moves on quickly and has no problem leaving
customers like YOURSELF without service parts or reasonable alternatives...

These ovens are made by Whirlpool. The electronic control board is notorious for going bad. If it is the one I am thinking about it is probably no longer available and will need to be rebuilt. I have had good success with Corecentrics Solutions. A google search will bring them up. I sent off the board and a rebuilt one arrived in about a week. Much cheaper than the original board too.

Microwave won't heat for first minute - starts working normally after that.


The magnetron may be defective. You can replace the magnetron, there is no other possibility.

F2 - E1
Keypad cable unplugged
1.
Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control
board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace
keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate
keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board
(also called ERC or clock).

2. Replace the user interface board (UIB).

i found this info on a tech sheet hope this helps, let me know how it goes... some of those electronics had 5 year parts warranty i would check that out....Also u might be better of buying a new one if its out of warranrty as some of those boards are expensive, obvioulsy unplug unit first try to reset it self.

All Surface elements are dead


Sounds like you might have a bad oven surface control board also called power board. The part # is 316239400. It is located on the left hand side about mid way down on the back of the oven. First, disconnect power and make sure all connections on board are tight. Plug back in and make sure you have power to that board if possible with a meter. If all check ok then the board is bad.
