I have nokia 7610 set i m facing a problem when i called or some one call me voice not coming bt other person hear my voice bt i dont. when i open loudspeaker then i can listen only..

you could perform a hard format on your phone by switching it off, then press *,3 , call button , simultaneously as you power it up. it will remove everything and restore your phone. performing a backup is good idea before this operation. if helped, please give me a good rating

you mean not able to hear voice of the person calling or the ringtone voice?

you need to have the speaker check it may need replacing or if the speaker i good on most nokias the software may need reflashing.

try checking your mobile's mic.. maybe its fault due to exposure to water or mobile dropped....if you urgently need a solution try to make calls vai head set.... or else you've to service...

This sounds like the speaker in your handset which transmits sound to your ear is either faulty or turned down. Check the volume on your handset is set to max.

If the speaker in the handset is faulty - to trouble shoot this try using a handsfree kit which plugs in to the bottom of the phone and if the ear piece works correclty on a call through the handsfree eairpiece then your phone may have a fault.
