Question about ASUS 90-A4C1K1000 Keyboard
You must determine if it's a hardware or software problem by trying to boot in BIOS - if you can't then the keyboard itself is hardware damaged. Since it can't be repaired it must be replaced.
Either send your laptop to a repair shop or buy yourself a replacement and install it.
