Question about Acer NSK8458AN Keyboard
Just HOLD CTRL and PRESS SHIFT.

If I am right, your keyboard Fn key is activated, Press "Fn" and "Numlock" once (simultaneously "Fn"+"Numlock") and check if it's deactivated or not. Sometimes pressing the "Fn" key once does the trick.
In fact, when you type "?" with the "Fn" key activated, you need to press "Fn"+"Shift"+"?".
Thanks for using FixYa.
